FAI - Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano visits Culuccia Island
On Saturday, June 22nd, on National Biodiversity Days, FAI - Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano (Fund for the Italian Environment) stopped at Culuccia Island. The visit was possible thanks to the collaboration between the FAI of Gallura (Tempio-Olbia group) and the Biru agricultural company. Sabrina Rossi, director of the Culuccia Nature Observatory, was a guide along with Vanni Bionda, the local FAI manager. In a note, the Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano expressed appreciation for this «place of extraordinary beauty» and for the project «that takes care of it, to enhance and protect it, to make it a land where man lives and acts in respect of the natural heritage of which it is part.»
