Barak Valley Cements Limited announced resignation of Mr. Mahendra Kumar Agarwal, Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from July 08, 2024 due to his pre-occupation in other businesses. Consequently, he shall also ceases to be a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, General Purpose Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.
