Bank of Innovation,Inc. (TSE:4393) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 60,000 shares, representing 1.54% of its share capital, for ¥100 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to increase shareholder value per share over the medium-to-long term. The program will run until May 22, 2020. As of December 31, 2019, the company had 3,888,365 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 58,635 shares in treasury.
