The Stock Exchange of Thailand provides procedures and guidelines for actions against the listed company facing possible delisting due to performance or financial positions to undertake rehabilitation for 2 periods as follows: 1) 3 years for the elimination of the cause(s) of delisting and SET will publicly announce the name of the company every year (NC-Stage 1 - 3). 2) 2 years for the repossession of the required qualifications for trading resumption (Resume Stage) if the listed company can proceed to eliminate the cause(s) of delisting. However, if the listed company cannot proceed to eliminate the cause(s) of delisting or repossess the required qualifications for trading resumption within the specified periods, SET will consider delisting the securities of the listed company accordingly. Bangkok Post Public Company Limited (POST) and Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) are subject to NC-Stage 1 , and still could not eliminate the cause of delisting. Therefore, SET will announce that POST and THAI are subject to NC-Stage 2 effective from March 8, 2022 onward. Additionally, POST and THAI must proceed in accordance with specified rules as mentioned above. March 8, 2022 ______________________________________________________________________
