MEETING
Medellin, Colombia, January 27, 2021
The Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A. ("Bancolombia") decided to call the holders of common shares to the General Shareholders' Meeting, to be held on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
The notice with the proposed agenda for the meeting, the mechanism through which the meeting will be held and other related information will be made available soon.
