COMUNICADO AO MERCADO

O BANCO PAN S.A. (B3: BPAN4 - "Companhia"), em cumprimento ao disposto no artigo 12 da Instrução da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários nº 358, de 3 de janeiro de 2002, conforme alterada ("ICVM 358"), comunica seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que recebeu, nesta data, correspondência anexa do acionista GIC Private Limited ("GIC") informando que passou a deter 27.725.910 (vinte e sete milhões, setecentos e vinte cinco mil, novecentos e dez) ações preferenciais, representando 5,064% do total das ações preferenciais da Companhia.

O GIC informou ainda que não objetiva alterar a composição do controle ou a estrutura administrativa da Companhia.

(the "Issuer") that our aggregate holdings in Banco PAN S.A. Shares (ISIN: BRBPANACNPR1) crossed below the 5% disclosure limit, we hereby notify the Issuer that our aggregate holdings have crossed above the 5% disclosure limit as of 17 August 2021 .
