Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.385 per share corresponding to the fourth quarter 2016. The cash dividend was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held January 17, 2017, and is payable February 16, 2017 to the Bank's stockholders as of February 1, 2017 record date.
Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (the Bank) is a specialized multinational bank. The Bank is established to support the financing of trade and economic integration in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Company operates in two segments: Commercial and Treasury.
