Blt Assets Sp. z.o.o. completed the acquisition of 51.01% stake in Balticon S.A. from IPON INVEST, Marczynski, Uhlenberg, Kaminski Sp. J. for PLN 15.7 million.

Blt Assets Sp. z.o.o. signed a letter of intent to acquire 51.01% stake in Balticon S.A. (WSE:BLT) from IPON INVEST, Marczynski, Uhlenberg, Kaminski Sp. J. on December 15, 2015. As per the terms of the deal, IPON INVEST will sell 1.58 million shares of Balticon S.A. Blt Assets Sp. z.o.o. completed the acquisition of 51.01% stake in Balticon S.A. (WSE:BLT) from IPON INVEST, Marczynski, Uhlenberg, Kaminski Sp. J. for PLN 15.7 million on January 19, 2017. The shares were sold at PLN 9.93 per share.
