Balkrishna Industries Limited at its board meeting held on September 24, 2020, approved the appointment of Mr. Madhu Sudan Bajaj - President (Commercial) of the Company who is Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in Commercial and Internal Audit of the Company etc, as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company in place of Mr. Basant Bansal and is redesignated as President (Commercial) and CFO of the Company, with effect from September 24, 2020.
