AZEUS SECURES HK$10 MILLION CONTRACT (US$1.3 MILLION1) FROM HONG KONG GOVERNMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PILOT E-TENDERING SYSTEM

• The HK$10 million contract (US$1.3 million1) covers both the design and implementation of the pilot e-tendering system, system maintenance over the following 36 months and ad hoc system enhancement services

Singapore, 29 July 2021 - Azeus Systems Holdings Ltd. ("Azeus" or the "Group"), a leading provider of IT consultancy services based in Hong Kong, today announced that it has been appointed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government ("HKSARG" or "the Government") to design and implement a Pilot e- Tendering System for the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, which will act as a one-stop electronic platform for all government procurement tenders.

The contract is valued at approximately HK$10 million (US$1.3 million1) and covers both the design and implementation of the Pilot e-Tendering System, as well as the system's maintenance over the following 36 months and ad hoc system enhancement services.

The Pilot e-Tendering System will be designed to handle the tendering process of government procurement covering the entire flow from publication of procurement plan to notification of tender results. It digitalises the tendering process and enhances efficiency, with a one-stop electronic platform for handling different kinds of tendering. The System will ride on the Government's cloud infrastructure and targets to process tenders under eleven piloting departments.
