Notice Regarding the Delayed Announcement of 3rd Quarter Financial Results for the
Fiscal Year Ending July 31, 2022
AXXZIA Inc. ("the Company") announces that it has delayed the announcement of its 3rd quarter financial results, for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2022, which was originally scheduled for June 9, 2022.
1. Reasons for the delay
Shanghai, China, has been placed under lockdown due to the spread of COVID-19 and, as a result, Xiaozi Cosmetic (Shanghai) Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, has been unable to complete its settlement of accounts as scheduled. This, in turn, has resulted in delays both to the Company's settlement of consolidated accounts for the 3rd quarter of the fiscal year ending July 31, 2022, and to its confirming the values therein. As a consequence, the Company has chosen to delay the announcement of its 3rd quarter results for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2022.
2. Regarding a new date for the announcement of results
The Company will provide further details regarding the new date of the announcement of results in due course.
The Company apologizes for the inconvenience and concern that this announcement may cause to all parties, including its shareholders and investors.
