Avtodizel' PAO, formerly Avtodizel' Yaroslavskiy Motornyi Zavod OAO, is a Russia-based company involved in the design and manufacture of multipurpose diesel engines in power range from 150 to 800 horsepower (hp), clutches, gearboxes and spare parts for them. In addition, the Company focuses on the production of diesel generating sets, power units, as well as related spare parts. Avtodizel' PAO sells its products domestically and abroad, including such countries as Belarus and Ukraine. It operates through one branch and two wholly owned subsidiaries: TD Dizel’-MTS OOO and TK YarDizel’ OOO. Its main customers include AZ Ural OAO, Kombaynovyi zavod Rostel’mash OOO in the Russian Federation, MAZ OAO and PO BelAZ in Belarus, as well as AvtoKraz OAO and KhTZ OAO in Ukraine, among others.
