AvePoint, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the fourth quarter and full year of 2022. For the quarter, the company expects total revenues to be in the range of $63 million to $65 million, or 19% year-over-year growth, 22% adjusted for constant currency.
For the full year, the company expects total revenues to be in the range of $231.7 million to $233.7 million, or 21% year-over-year growth, 28% adjusted for constant currency.
