Sanyo Housing Nagoya Co., Ltd. (TSE:8904) agreed to acquire Plus One Co.,Ltd. from Takayuki Kanda on October 11, 2019. Sanyo Housing Nagoya will acquire 100 shares in Plus One. Plus One had revenues of ¥1 billion, operating income of ¥25.4 million, net income of ¥17.6 million, total assets of ¥679.9 million and net assets of ¥68.2 million in the year ended June 30, 2019. The agreement is expected to be signed on October 21, 2019 and the transaction is expected to close on October 29, 2019.
