Avant Technologies Inc. (OTCPK:AVAI) entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire Technology assets of Wired4Health, Inc for $2.2 million on April 5, 2024. The consideration consists of $1.20 million in promissory note and $1 million in convertible preferred equity.
