Avaco Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A083930) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase its 805,152 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve the shareholders’ value and to stabilize the stock price. The plan will be valid up to September 28, 2018. As of June 28, 2018, the company had 866,774 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
AVACO CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of flat panel display (FPD) equipment. The Companyâs products consist of conveyances, including stockers and maintenance cranes; specialized equipment, including auto claves, scribes and break systems, tab bonders and polarizer film attachment equipment, and vacuum equipment, including evaporation and coating systems, sputter systems, organic light-emitting diode (OLED) encapsulation systems, exhaust and gas filling systems and manufacture equipment for solar cells.
