On January 3, 2019, Donna Parlapiano, Executive Vice President, Franchise Network, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Real Estate of AutoNation, Inc. provided notice to the Company that she has elected to retire from the Company, effective as of January 3, 2019. On January 7, 2019, the Company announced that Lance E. Iserman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and Thomas M. Conophy, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Company, will be leaving the Company, effective as of January 7, 2019.
