Australian Rare Earths Limited announced the appointment of Pauline Carr as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee, effective immediately. Carr currently serves as the Chancellor of the University of South Australia, the Chairman of the Board of National Pharmacies, a Non-Executive Director of Highfield Resources Limited and is Chair of the South Australian Government's Minerals and Energy Advisory Council.
