Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group is a vertically integrated producer of dairy products. Its principal activities include ownership of dairy farms via the Australian Dairy Farms Trust (ADFT) and Regen Properties Pty Ltd (Regen Properties); operation of dairy farms and ownership of livestock through SW Dairy Farms Pty Ltd (SWD); and distribution of the Company’s infant formula ranges through Organic Nutritionals Pty Ltd (Organic Nutritionals). Its segments include Nutritional Powders and Dairy Farms. Nutritional Powders segment includes the processing and sale of dairy and nutritional products to domestic and international markets. Dairy Farms segment includes the ownership and operation of dairy farms and dairy livestock for the production and sale of fresh raw milk for conversion to milk and milk products. In addition to the Ocean Road Dairies infant formula range, the Company also manufactures (via a third party) and sells the Future Gradulac Gentle infant formula range (Future).
