	Regrading to ATP30 Public Company Limited ("the Company") issued and allocated of 65,000,000

newly-issued ordinary shares, at a par value of Baht 0.25 per share, by offering to the specific person (Private Placement ) to Toyata Tsusho Thai Holdings Co., Ltd., the offering price Baht 0.99 per share, and received net proceeds on 8 March, 2021 in the amount of Baht 64.35 million (after deduction fees and expenses)

The Company would like to report details of the proceeds under the plan for the investment new buses, as at 30 June, 2022 as follows:
