ATOM CORPORATION is principally engaged in the operation of restaurant chains. The Company operates in three business segments. The Restaurant segment operates restaurants which offer steak, Sushi, grilled meat, pork cutlet, Japanese food, western food, shabushabu (thin slices of beef parboiled in hot soup), ramen and others. The Izakaya segment operates Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) restaurants. The Karaoke segment is engaged in the operation of Karaoke (singing to taped accompaniment). The other business is engaged in the provision of operation guidance to franchised stores, and others.
