Alexander Reus, board member and primary insider in Atlantic Sapphire ASA, has
for estate planning purposes donated his shareholding in Atlantic Sapphire ASA
to a family trust controlled by a related party. Following the transaction, the
trust holds the equivalent of Mr. Reus shareholding prior to the transaction of
1,601,051 shares in the Company, corresponding to 2.0% of the total shares
outstanding in the Company.
