Astrana Health, Inc. (NasdaqCM:ASTH) acquired 95% stake in Advanced Diagnostic and Surgical Center, Inc. on January 1, 2024. The total consideration consisted of cash funded upon close of the transaction and contingent considerations of $3.632 million that will be settled in cash contingent on ADSC achieving revenue and EBITDA metrics for fiscal years 2023 and 2024.
