7.Cause of occurrence:
The company announced the unaudited financial statement for 2021. The
consolidated revenue was around 4.191bn, up 5% YoY. Benefiting from the
combination of distance learning and work from home, the demand for
contact image sensor is strong. Annual revenue exceeded 4bn. Gross profit
was around 708mn. It remained the same as last year due to the rising labor
costs and welfare. Operating income was around 512mn. Net income was around
425mn, up 14% YoY, due to less exchange rate fluctuation. EPS was 5.87.
The consolidated revenue of Q4 was around 920mn.  Gross profit was around
149mn. Operating income was around 104mn. Net income was around 86mn, up 4%
YoY. The growth is due to less exchange rate fluctuation comparing with the
same period last year. EPS was 1.19.
