Asia Fiber Public Company Limited Appoints Thirachart Viravan as Independent Director and Audit Committee

The board of directors meeting of Asia Fiber Public Company Limited appointed Mr. Thirachart Viravan to be the independent director & audit committee, and the audit committee shall be remaining term in office 3 years, with effect from February 6, 2014. As follows: Mr.Payong U-prasitwong chairman of the audit committee; Mr. Somsak Puntanakasem audit committee; Mr. Thirachart Viravan audit committee; and Mrs. Jintana Thanatavee secretary of audit committee.
