Rigas Autoelektroaparatu Rupnica AS (RAR) is a Latvia-based manufacturer of electric equipment and other goods for automobiles and agricultural machinery. The Company is engaged in the production of control and measuring devices for motorcars and tractors, such as instrument panels and assemblies, separately speedometers, tachometers, manometers, voltmeters, indicators of pressure, indicators of fuel level, indicators of coolant temperature; fuel level gauges; pressure operated alarm switches; switch devices for motor vehicle board systems to control the level of oil, coolant and washing fluid. It offers automotive accessories, including windshield wipers, headlamp wipers arms and blades, and steering column switches. It also produces different locks, hasp locks, mortise locks, padlocks and small locks for furniture. The Company mainly exports its products to the Russian Federation, Ukraine and Belarus. The Company's major shareholder is Baltijas Holdings JSC with a stake of 43.9%.
