The Company’s assets consist primarily of the option to acquire a 100% interest in the Beskauga property in Kazakhstan and conducting its operations through Ekidos Minerals LLP (Ekidos), which holds exploration licenses for properties located in northeastern Kazakhstan. The Beskauga project is located at approximately 350 meters above sea level and sits within the Central Asian Orogenic Belt in northeastern Kazakhstan. The Company also holds a Tay exploration license (Tay). The license covers over 118 square kilometers in northeastern Kazakhstan and is located within the Bozshakol-Chingiz magmatic arc, an under-explored emerging porphyry province.
