ARIP Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi had submitted his resignation letter to the company on August 31, 2017 to resign from the position of Independent Director, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee due to his additional business engagement with the effective date from September 1, 2017 onwards.
