Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE:APLE) agreed to acquire Embassy Suites by Hilton South Jordan Salt Lake City for approximately $36.7 million on September 5, 2023. Apple Hospitality will acquire the 192-room Embassy Suites by Hilton South Jordan Salt Lake City for approximately $191,000 per key. The transaction is expected close during the fourth quarter 2023.
