Apollo Global Capital, Inc. (PSE:APL) entered into an agreement to acquire additional 7.8% stake in JDVC Resources Corporation from Alexandrea Cruz-Herrera, Bernadette Herrera-Dy and Leonardo M. De Leon for approximately PHP 230 million on December 10, 2019. Under the terms, 0.39 million shares will be acquired for PHP 600 per share. The consideration will be paid in lump sum in cash. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Apollo Global on December 10, 2019. The transaction is expected to close on December 29, 2019.
