Aowei Holding Limited Announces Resignation of Kong Chi Mo as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Aowei Holding Limited announced that Mr. Kong Chi Mo ("Mr. Kong") has resigned as an independent non-executive director ("INED"), a member of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee of the company with effect from 24 March 2021 due to the need to devote more time for his other business commitments.
