Anhui Jinhe Industrial Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002597) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 200 million worth of its shares. The shares will be purchased at a price not exceeding CNY 40 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for the implementation of ESOP or equity incentive plan. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
On May 25, 2023, the company announced that after the 2022 equity distribution, the company adjusted the maximum repurchase price from not more than CNY 40.00 per share to not more than CNY 39.21 per share.

The Company's fine chemical products are mainly food additives, including the sweeteners acesulfame and sucralose, perfume A, ethyl maltol and methylcyclopentenolone.
