Anhui Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire Anhui Fengyuan Gelatin Co., Ltd. from BBCA Group Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 308 million.

Anhui Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000153) signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire Anhui Fengyuan Gelatin Co., Ltd. from BBCA Group Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 308 million on October 11, 2022. Within 5 days after the equity transfer agreement takes effect, 60% of the equity transfer price will be paid, and within 20 days after the completion of the industrial and commercial change registration, the remaining equity transfer price will be paid. The transaction was approved by the board of director of Anhui Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000153) unanimously on October 12, 2022.

As on October 28, 2022, The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of Anhui Fengyuan.
