Angling Direct PLC - UK specialist fishing tackle and equipment retailer - Announces board succession plan. Says Andy Torrance to step down as chief executive and become non-executive chair. Appoints Steve Crowe, current CFO, as chief executive. Reports Martyn Page to step down as non-executive chair, but remain a non-executive director. Launches search for new CFO. Adds timing of changes dependent on appointment of CFO.
