Andhra Paper Limited Announces Resignation of Rajendra Jain as Non-Executive and Non Independent Director and Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee

Andhra Paper Limited announced that at the board meeting held on May 14, 2024, the company accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajendra Jain as Non-Executive and Non Independent Director of the Company, effective May 14, 2024 due to his personal reasons. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
