Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 233.25 million compared to PHP 262.64 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,148.44 million compared to PHP 1,314.06 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 97.03 million compared to PHP 58.96 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.07 compared to PHP 0.04 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.07 compared to PHP 0.04 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 719.26 million compared to PHP 774.1 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 3,335.25 million compared to PHP 2,987.22 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 327.05 million compared to PHP 321.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.29 compared to PHP 0.29 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.29 compared to PHP 0.29 a year ago.
