AmRest Group Reports Sales Results for the Fourth Quarter of 2017

AmRest Group reported sales results for the fourth quarter of 2017. The preliminary sales generated by the AmRest Group in fourth quarter of 2017 amounted to PLN 1,519 million, which was a 25.1% increase compared to the corresponding period of 2016. Group's sales in local currencies increased by 28.0%. Growth of Group's Revenue was additionally supported by consolidation of results of 15 KFC restaurants taken over in Germany on March 1st, 2017, Pizza Hut Delivery chain in France acquired on May 16th, 2017, Pizza Hut chain in Germany taken over on July 31st, 2017, 22 KFC restaurants acquired on October 2nd, 2017 in Russia, 37 KFC restaurants taken over so far in France in fourth quarter of 2017 and Restaurant Partner Polska Sp. z o.o., shares of which AmRest acquired on August 31st, 2017 (collectively PLN 150 million sales in fourth quarter of 2017). Excluding sales of listed businesses the revenues of the Group in fourth quarter of 2017 grew by 12.7%.
