November 18, 2014
From November 19 to 21, 2014, Altarea Cogedim will be in Cannes attending MAPIC, the international retail property market, to present the latest news on its shopping centers in operation or under development. To mark its 20thanniversary, this year Altarea Cogedim's stand will feature an array of new developments for its shopping centers, including Cap 3000. This mythic landmark and its extension-renovation project will take center stage (stand P-1 K50). Altarea Cogedim will also be presenting a variety of flagship projects under development, including Paris-Boulevard Macdonald, Paris-Montparnasse Rail Station, Promenade de Flandre in Lille Métropole, Avenue 83 in Toulon-La Valette and the Aubergenville Family Village®.
The third largest retail property owner in France, Altarea Cogedim boasts an investment pipeline of over €1.2 billion* net, i.e. more than 5,025,000 ft²* (467,000 m²) under development. More than 80% of pipeline projects are in geographic areas with strong economic and demographic growth: the Paris region and southeast France, as well as northern Italy.
"MAPIC and Altarea Cogedim: 20 years all around! We have been a partner of MAPIC since the creation of this not-to-be-missed event for retail property professionals. Over the past two decades, this event and the exchanges it makes possible with our partners - retailers and investors- have been instrumental for our joint success showcasing and enhancing our projects. We are proud to be here to present our leading sites in operation, as well as those under development, such as Cap 3000, with the transformation it has recently initiated," declared Alain Taravella, Chairman and Founder of Altarea Cogedim.
