A site acclaimed by brands

An exceptional opportunity for brands to showcase their offering, QWARTZ is located in the city of Villeneuve-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine), in the heart of a catchment area of over one million inhabitants. Just 15 minutes from La Défense and Paris, the shopping center rises up where Highway A86 meets the banks of the Seine, guaranteeing easy access both by car and public transportation (Metro line 13, Tramway T1, and RER regional rail lines C and D).

Featuring a 100% take-up rate since its opening, QWARTZ has succeeded in bringing together 165 national and international brands dedicated to fashion, home goods, and services, not to mention an offering of restaurants that is truly unique to the region. The center is also home to a Carrefour superstore featuring the latest digital innovations to facilitate customers' purchasing process and 15 mid-sized stores including a never-before-seen Marks & Spencer and Primark duo spanning 53,800 ft² (5,000 m²) each. QWARTZ is thus becoming the new driving force in the area, which will ultimately feature over 1.6 million ft² (150,000 m²) of retail space.
