Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer UpdateAlligator Energy Limited ACN 140 575 604 (Company) advises that the allotment and issue of New Shares and Attaching Options under the non-renounceable entitlement offer is partially complete and will be finalised on the morning of Wednesday 28 December 2016.
The allotment process was delayed due to technical issues experienced by the share registry. Application to the ASX for listing of the New Shares and Attaching Options is now expected to occur on Wednesday 28 December 2016 with commencement of trading of the New Shares and Attaching Options on Thursday 29 December 2016.
