AllDay Marts, Inc. at the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 27, 2024, Frances Rosalie T. Coloma resigned from her position as President of the Company. Jacqueline B. Cano was duly nominated and elected as Acting President of the Company and retained her current post as Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Cano, 53, graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Mass Communication - Broadcast Journalism in 1991.She started in the retail business as a District Manager for Abenson from 1994 to 1997.
She also previously served as an Area Manager for Waltermart from 1998 to 2005, and Store General Manager for Pilipinas Makro Inc. from 2005 to 2011. Prior to her executive post in AllDay, Ms. Cano was the Regional Manager of Metro Gaisano from 2011 to 2015.

The Company is engaged in retailing, merchandising, buying, selling, marketing, importing, exporting, franchising, acquiring, holding, distributing, warehousing, trading, exchanging, or otherwise dealing in all kinds of products and services.
