Certain Warrants of ALiNK Internet, Inc. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 8-MAR-2020. These Warrants will be under lockup for 90 days starting from 9-DEC-2019 to 8-MAR-2020.
Details:
The sellers and lenders, Hiroto Ikeda and Shuji Matsumoto, and the warrants holders of the company, Tomohisa Tomita and Naoki Ikeda, have agreed with the lead manager that during the period until March 8, 2020, the 90th day after the listing date (including the current day of sale) from the date on which the original underwriting agreement was concluded, they will not sell the company stock without the prior written consent of the lead manager.
ALiNK Internet, INC. is mainly engaged in the plan, development and operation of Internet media. The Company operates weather forecasting media tenki.jp and tenki.jp mountain climbing weather which is a joint project with the Japan Weather Association. The tenki.jp provides weather information and weather forecasts, as well as disaster prevention information, such as observation data and earthquakes and tsunamis, and provides weather information in various forms. The tenki.jp mountain climbing weather allows to check index information and real-time information that can be used for mountain climbing preparation, such as weather at the summit, mountain entrance, and foot of mountains, movement of rain clouds, lightning risk, as well as typhoon information. The Company is also engaged in the Web consulting business and Internet advertising agency business.
