Q3 in line with Q2

Alfacam enhances and extends its management

Start of a management committee in keeping with Belgian law

Trading update

The total income of Alfacam Group in the third quarter of 2011 amounted to € 9 million, identical to Q2. The result for Q3-2010 was € 10.2 million, including a part of FIFA World Cup 2010, the 2010 European Aquatics Championships and the 2010 European Athletics Championships.

In H2-2011 Alfacam Group is aiming for a slightly higher turnover than the H2-2010 figure as already indicated in our press release dated August 24. The project in Saudi Arabia has a 30% impact on the H2 turnover and will stimulate mainly the Q4 turnover.
Better prospects for H2 cannot compensate for the poor results of the first quarter of 2011. But the trend from Q1 towards Q4 is good. Price pressure on mainly European markets on one hand and the higher logistical costs outside Europe on the other hand limiting the margins.

Customized management structure

• Management Committee
Because Alfacam's turnover is occurring more and more outside of Europe, in the likes of India, the Middle East and Latin America, there was a need to strengthen and expand the management. Therefore the Board of Directors has decided that Alfacam Group is from now on managed by a management committee under Belgian law. This committee, which meets fortnightly, is composed of two co-CEOs, being Gabriel Fehervari and Sven Marinus, COO Karin Stoop and, from January 2012, CFO Rudi De Winter.
From the Board of Directors, Luc Van Milders, being already chairman of the audit committee, will attend the management committee until the new CFO is installed. This new approach must

ensure that Alfacam Group is able to anticipate and act even faster and more flexibly in a constantly changing and evolving international market.
Rudi De Winter is now CFO at Algemene Aannemingen Van Laere and he will replace François
Van Caesbroeck.

Structure of Capital

In September an investment banker was appointed in order to strengthen the capital's structure.
