For the third quarter, the company announced sales was USD 14,103.2 million compared to USD 13,840.4 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 206.6 million compared to USD 174.4 million a year ago. Net income was USD 54.8 million compared to USD 45.6 million a year ago. For the nine months, sales was USD 47,018.3 million compared to USD 46,517.9 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 1,110.5 million compared to USD 498.9 million a year ago. Net income was USD 398.6 million compared to net loss of USD 4.5 million a year ago.
