Update on the previous disclosure regarding the tender our subsidiary Alsim Alarko Sanayi Tesisleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. participated
It had previously been announced to the public that the bid submitted by our subsidiary Alsim Alarko Sanayi Tesisleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. to the Bucharest South Ring Motorway Design and Construction Works (Lot-2) tender had been announced as the best bid, the bid amount excluding 19% VAT was, 750.849.942,12 RON (approximately 161.486.997 Euro) and following the completion of the necessary legal procedures, we were expected to be invited for contract negotiations.
The employer administration has concluded the appeals for the tender result, and is expected to invite our Company for contract negotiations.
It is announced to the public.
We state that our above disclosure is; in accordance with the principles in Capital Market Board's disclosures communiqué in effect, fully reflects our information in the related subject(s), the information is in accordance with our records and documents, we demonstrate all necessary efforts to obtain all information regarding the subject fully and accurately, and that we are responsible of this disclosure.
