3.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution:
The distribution of dividends for the year 2021 for the total amount of cash
dividend of RMB599,999,994, and the Company will distribute cash dividend in
the amount of RMB3 per share (equivalent to approximately NTD13.305
calculated based on the Bank of Taiwan average spot rate 4.435 of RMB to NTD
on the date (August 4, 2022) that is one day before the meeting of the
Board). The actual amount of dividends to be distributed to shareholders in
NTD will be based on the actual amount converted from RMB to NTD by the
Securities Registrar and Transfer Agency.
