Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited ("AOT") held the 2019

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, 24 January 2020 at Suvarnabhumi Grand Ballroom, Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel in which the Shareholders' Meeting resolved to re-appoint 5 directors who retired by rotation namely, Mr. Prasong Poontaneat,

Mr. Manit Nitiprateep, Mr. Manas Jamveha, Police General Manu Mekmok and

Mr. Sarawut Benjakul for another term of office. However, Mr. Manas Jamveha later resigned from the AOT director position, effective from 1 February 2020 onwards.

The Board of Directors, in its meeting no. 2/2020 held on Monday,

3 February 2020 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. The Board of Directors resolved to appoint subcommittee members according to the AOT Articles of Association, effective from 3 February 2020 onwards, as follows:

1. Appoint Mr. Wara Tongprasin to be a Chairman of the Audit Committee in replacement of Mr. Manit Nitiprateep, and Air Chief Marshal Bhanupong Seyayongka to be another member of the Audit Committee. The composition of the Audit Committee is as follows:

(1)	Mr. Wara Tongprasin	Chairman (Independent Director)
(2)	Air Chief Marshal Bhanupong	Seyayongka Member (Independent Director)
(3)	Mrs. Natjaree Anuntasilpa	Member (Independent Director)

2. Appoint Mr. Manit Nitiprateep and Police General Manu Mekmok to continue being a Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee, respectively. The composition of the Nomination Committee is as follows:

	(1)	Mr. Manit Nitiprateep	Chairman (Independent Director)
	(2)	Air Chief Marshal Bhanupong Seyayongka Member (Independent Director)
	(3)	Police General Manu Mekmok	Member (Independent Director)
	(4)	Mr. Krisada	Chinavicharana	Member

3. Appoint Mr. Manit Nitiprateep to be a member of the Risk Management Committee in replacement of Mr. Manas Jamveha. The composition of the Risk Management Committee is as follows:
