Local media reported that Bromak Invest EAD has acquired 20% stake in Agro Finance REIT. Capital Daily reported that most of the shares were sold by Allianz Bulgaria Pension Company AD.

Agro Finance ADSITS (Agro Finance REIT ) is a Bulgaria-based company that pursues activity in the field of investments in real estate, primarily in agricultural lands.
