On January 2, 2017, Agile Content, S.A. (BME:AGIL) closed the transaction. The company issued 1,100,000 shares for gross proceeds of €1,870,000 in its second and final tranche. The transaction included participation from existing investor Fides Capital, S.L.., Knowkers Consulting & Investments SL, Mónica Rayo, Reynaldo Fagundes, as well as a group of individual investors
