According to the information provided by Kamil Yazıcı Yönetim ve Danışma A.Ş., 1,193,898 AGHOL shares held by Süleyman Kamil Yazıcı, 3,130,628 shares held by Fazilet Yazıcı, 3,125,645 shares held by Gülten Yazıcı, 3,079,865 shares held by Gülşen Yazıcı, 3,171,803 shares held by Nilgün Yazıcı and 3,045,940 shares held by Hülya Elmalıoğlu, which aggregate to total of 16.747.779 AGHOL shares, were sold to SKY Private Fund via special order on September 12, 2019. These individuals are the qualified investors of the SKY Private Fund and shares of this fund are only allocated to these previously determined individuals mentioned above.
Following this transaction, the total effective shareholding (direct+indirect) of these individuals in AGHOL, 30.3805%, is unchanged and is composed totally of indirect shares.
